Shipping policy

Processing time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships, including tracking information for all tracked shipping methods.

Shipping rates
All orders ship via USPS. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and destination, and you can choose from Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, or Priority Mail Express.

Sticker-only orders of 1 to 3 stickers can ship with Sticker Mail for a flat $1.50. These orders are sent by standard USPS mail in a stamped envelope and do not include tracking. Orders with 4 or more stickers, or stickers combined with other items, ship using the tracked USPS options above.

Free shipping
Orders of $100 or more (before taxes and shipping) qualify for free shipping via USPS Ground Advantage, no matter the order size or destination. If you'd like your order faster, Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express are available at their regular rates.

Delivery estimates
Once shipped, most domestic orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage, with faster delivery available through Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they can be affected by carrier delays outside our control.

Shipping area
We currently ship within the United States only.

Order tracking
For tracked shipping methods, tracking information is automatically emailed once your order ships. Sticker Mail orders do not include tracking. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us at shop@ican.org.

Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we're happy to help however we can if this happens. Just reach out.

Lost or damaged packages
If your package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, or it arrives damaged, contact us at shop@ican.org within 7 days so we can help resolve it. Because Sticker Mail orders are untracked, we're unable to trace them once mailed, but please reach out if yours doesn't arrive and we'll do our best to make it right.
