Processing time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order:
- Stickers only: $2
- Light items (hats, single shirts): $4
- Mid-weight orders (multiple items, zip-ups, crewnecks): $6
- Heavy orders (hoodies): $9
- Orders over $100: Free shipping
Delivery estimates
Once shipped, most domestic orders arrive within 5–8 business days via USPS. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they can be affected by carrier delays outside our control.

We currently ship within the United States only.
Order tracking
Tracking information is automatically emailed once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us at shop@ican.org.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we're happy to help however we can if this happens — just reach out.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, or arrives damaged, contact us at shop@ican.org within 7 days so we can help resolve it.
